Legal action notification (solicitors letter)

This final application before commencing court action will be posted on your instructions, and faxed if required to your delinquent customers, leaving them in no doubt as to what the next action will be and possible consequences.

Preparation of case

On receiving instructions to issue proceedings into court we will examine public information to see if there is already a proven record of non-payment. In the light of the results of our enquiries we will suggest the most efficient and cost effective method to proceed.

Debt recovery – court action

We issue proceedings within the County Court system for England and Wales monitoring progress to ensure proceedings are brought to a rapid conclusion, whilst at the same time safeguarding your statutory rights.

Actions attract only court fees and a small administrative charge, thus eliminating solicitors costs and ensuring the lowest legal cost structure available. Judgment enforcements are generally transferred to sheriffs officers for maximum efficiency.
