Complaints

We are a long standing family owned and operated credit reporting agency. We provide credit reports to our clients on other businesses, generally those they wish to sell to, occasionally it may be to prospective suppliers.

We compile our reports using information publicly available on limited companies and we will verify directly with the subject of the enquiry information given in writing to our client on an account application form. We will take care to ensure that all information that we rely on is correct. If you wish to see a copy of the completed report you can by requesting it by email to info@creditserve.co.uk or calling 01992 414222. There is a fee for providing a copy of the report of £10.00 plus VAT.

The final decision whether to trade with your company or not rests solely with our client. However, if you are unhappy with any element of your interaction with our company please email info@creditserve.co.uk or you can call us on 01992 414222.

You will treated fairly and with respect by our company.

We will give you an initial response within 2 working days, your complaint will be dealt with at a senior level (manager or director) and if you require you will have the opportunity to speak with them. A full written reply to any issue you raise will be provided within 10 working days.

Above all we seek to provide a service to our clients that facilitates trade between them and their customers that minimises risk and is based on information that is sound and our many years of experience.
