Chris York
Managing and Operations Director
Chris has over 35 years of commercial credit management experience. He has worked in UK and overseas credit insurance and as a credit manager before founding Creditserve in 1995.
He oversees the running of Creditserve and is available to clients to provide support with credit reporting, credit checking and debt recovery.
Chris is married with 3 grown-up children and enjoys spending time with his family. He is a big sports fan and supports Saracens and Spurs. A keen cyclist, plays five-a-side football and golf. He brings the office dog, Murphy, a golden cocker spaniel, into work each day.

Laura Ferrie
Director and Head of Debt Recovery
Laura has responsibility for our debt recovery department. She has worked in credit control at all levels in a number of industries and as a commercial debt collector and manager in third-party agencies.
She is a provider of in-house credit control training and manages the outsourcing of credit control. Since 1995, she has been at Creditserve, heading up the debt recovery department.
Laura is a member of the Chartered Institute of Credit Management.
When away from the office, Laura enjoys spending time with her adult children. Her hobbies include gardening, painting and seaside walks.

Martin Brown
General Manager
Martin has worked for Creditserve for the past 20 years. Martin is a trained credit underwriter and is vastly experienced in underwriting in a number of industries. He heads up Creditserve's UK and international online credit reporting.
In addition to this, Martin is the first port of call for advice on and the purchase of anti-money laundering searches (AMLs).
Martin is an accomplished cricketer, having spent time in Australia as an overseas player; he is also a keen golfer.

Holly Brown
Sales and Marketing Manager
Holly has worked at Creditserve for the past 4 years, retraining after many years within the veterinary industry. Recently returning from maternity leave, Holly now heads up the overall sales process at Creditserve, along with liaising with our external service providers.
Outside of the office, Holly keeps busy with her two young children, 3 dogs and horse Harvey. Her hobbies include running, playing netball and socialising with friends and family.

Arianna Kennedy
Financial Administrator
Being the newest member of the Creditserve team, Arianna joined us in 2024 after completing a degree in acting at Fourth Monkey Drama School. Arianna is the friendly first port of call on the phones, looking after all things accounts, along with lots of legal administrative work.
Outside of work, Arianna is a keen member of an amateur theatre company. Her hobbies also include going to the gym and loving all things animal!
